What do you sell?

Sp Association sells digital products: eBooks and digital guides and educational workbooks.

Will I receive anything by mail?

No. All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping cost.

When do I receive my eBook?

As soon as your order is placed and paid. A download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes, and is also shown on the order confirmation page.

I did not receive the email. What should I do?

Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders. If it is not there, email contact@the-sp-care.shop with your order number and we will resend your files.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date by emailing contact@the-sp-care.shop. See our Refund Policy for details.

On which devices can I read the eBooks?

On any computer, phone, or tablet that can open PDF files.
